ONLINE COMMUNICATION FORM EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT
FUNBOX ENTERTAINMENT MANAGEMENT TRADE INC. (Company) operating under the brand "FUNBOX" has the title of "data controller" within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") regarding the personal data of visitors who fill out the online communication form, and with this consent text, according to the Law, the personal data of the online communication form specified below is processed in accordance with the principles of being lawful and honest, accurate and up-to-date when necessary, specific, clear and legitimate purposes, and for the messages, requests, wishes, wishes and complaints of visitors who fill out the online communication form to be delivered to the Company and for the Company to return to the visitors; In order to reach visitors by e-mail in this direction, I have read and understood the Information and Enlightenment Text regarding the processing of personal data in accordance with the principles of being connected, limited and measured with the purpose for which they are processed, and being kept for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed, and that e-mail messages will be delivered to the visitors who fill out the online communication form in accordance with the procedures and principles in the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages.
I was informed that the Company collects, processes, records and stores my personal name and surname and e-mail address data stated in the Information and Enlightenment Text; that the processed personal data is located on servers within our address, that these servers are located in the country, that they are not transferred to any institution or organization abroad, that I need to have explicit consent on these issues in accordance with Article 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and that I can withdraw my explicit consent whenever I want; I was also informed that in accordance with the Regulation on Commercial Electronic Messages, I need to approve the delivery of e-mail messages to visitors who fill out the online communication form and that I can withdraw my approval whenever I want within the scope of the right to refuse.
In this context, I have explicit consent to the processing, recording and storage of my personal data, which consists of name and surname, phone number and e-mail address, for the reasons and conditions listed above. Besides, I consent to the delivery of e-mail messages and phone text messages to me.
